Vehicle Ideas
Continuing on Polymer's final vehicle, we decided to start and develop our vehicles from their finalized vehicle. Their final vehicle involved a tea light candle as their only power source to make the thrust and the push of the vehicle. Therefore, their travelling speed was very limited and their restriction in size, mass and weight was also very small.
Should we continue with the slow and peaceful speed? Do we want to experiment speed? Do we want to focus on how the vehicle will land and depart in its aesthetic sense?

Using the 123 3D Catch again, we sketched section drawings and diagrams which could be a starting
point for the interior and exterior for the vehicle in aesthetic wise.
The rims on the
bottom represent the engine source, which in this case is the hairspray's burst
of gas. The elongated shape of the hairbrush can be adopted as the body of the
vehicle with seats on the left.
section view from the back of the seating part.
using simple
geometry, we thought it would be interesting if the whole vehicle functioned
like a firework and the repetition of canisters would give a physical aesthetic
to it.
an abstract
section drawing of the center body where avatars are seated. It explores
interesting line systems.
Going back to the bottle, we picked out details and moments from the bottle and captured those elements to create components for our vehicles - be it a part of a furniture or the whole part of the vehicle.
-The top photograph demonstrates the shape of the chair.
-There are no hints of orthographic angles.
-everything is fluidly conveyed.
the created components are uploaded under each vehicle
